To me this means that some people are good enough with just seeing someone else do something and learning from others experiments with things. Then there are those people who learn by doing things themselves and then paying attention to the consequences. And then you have the people who are not satisfied by observing what happens to other people and they want to see what will happen for themselves if they do it instead even if it means that they will have a negative consequence.
Kind of like I said before, you have the few people who learn by doing the experimentation, but most people learn by observing those people doing the experimentation. And then you have the people who are not satisfied with just watching those who are experimenting and they have to experiment for themselves.
