To me, this quote means you should try your hardest at all times. I also think it means that you should not give up. If you cannot fly, don't quit, try running. Even if you cannot run, still don't quit; try walking. Even if you cannot walk, then try crawling, but whatever you do, do not give up!
I think this is a great quote! It can be used as a very good motivator to keep people moving along in the right direction. For instance, if you cannot lift 100 pounds, then try 90 or 80 or 70. Try something, do not give up!
I believe this quote is telling us that we will not always be able to go all the way, which is okay. All you have to do is try your best and give 100 percent. We cannot always go all the way, but our best, is all the way as long as you try!

When I hear the word perserverance or read the deffinition of perserverance, I think of determination. I think, "obstacles melt away when we have the will to succeed", means that if you are determined enough or if you want something bad enough, obstacles will disappear; you will not let them get in your way. I also think that perserverance means that you will not give up, you keep pushing through the hard times until you reach your goal. I believe you will prevail if you have perserverance.

Obama

My thought on Obama is that he has a lot of promises that he claims he will keep and I do not know if he will be able to do so. One of Obama's biggest claims is that he is going to make peace with other countries. I honestly do not think he will be able to do this because I feel that other countries already feel a certain way about the United States. Obama also claims that he is going to end this war, but it is not that easy. You cannot just pull your troops out of a war, you have to gradually pull away.
I personally do not like or agree with Obama because he supports murdering babies. I am pro life and on top of being pro choice, Obama has also supported partial birth abortions. Obama was okay with leaving babies on a table to die after they were born because their parents did not want the baby. This is very wrong and knowing that the president of the United States supports this type of thing, scares me. All I can hope for is that Obama does what he says he will do and changes this country for the better.
