1. In general, what did you like most about MMP?
2. What did you hate most about MMP?
3. Write five things you learned from the MMP that you have not learned before (including the classroom presentations).
4. Write the three hardest challanges/problems you have faced in MMP.
5. Would you recomment MMP to other students? Why/why not?
1. In general the thing I liked most about MMP was finding out what a voice thread is. Before I had never heard of a voice thread and now I have and not only do I know what it is, but I know how to make one.
2. The thing I hated most about MMP was having, what I felt, such little time to complete it. I feel because we all came into this project not knowing what to do we could have used a little more time to figure it out and complete it.
3. Five things I learned from the MMP that I have not learned before is one, what a voice thread is, two, how to make a voice thread, three, in presenting the voice thread I was told that I need to be more clear and louder when I present and that I seemed shy even though I was not, four, I learned a little bit about other MMP such as where to go to learn about them and make them, and five, I learned more about the smoking ban and the other topics that the other groups presented on.
4. The three hardest challenges/problems that we faced in MMP were figuring out what a voice thread was exactly, figuring out how to make one, and finding the right material to put onto the voice thread. We had a really hard time figuring out how to upload videos and we never figured out how to upload voice clips.
5. I would actually recomment MMP to other students, because now that we have done this project, I know what a voice thread is, where to go to make one, and how to make one. From this project we also recieved links that we can go to so that we can try to make one of the other MMPs. For me, as an elementary education major, it should be helpful knowing about the book site.

* Do you believe in the necessity of this project for your future goals? How did you feel when you were first introduced to the project? What are your concerns about the project (grouping, time, schemata, etc.)?
No, I do not believe this project is needed for my future goals. I do not believe I will ever have to do, use or make a voicethread ever again. I do not even know what a voicethread is as of now. When I was first introduced to the project I was honestly worried about it.
At first I was glad that we were going to do a group project and not another paper, but now that I know a little bit more about it, I am worried it will be worse than writing a paper.
My concerns for the project are partially the fact that we are working in a group, have no idea as of now what our project is that we are doing and the technology to accomplish it. I am worried that some group members might not do their part and I will get stuck with it. Another concern is the fact that we don't even know what a voicethread is or what we are doing or how to make it. I've never even heard of a voicethread before. Therefore, I am worried we will have a hard time accomplishing this project with technology when we don't even know what it is.

"Two heads are better than one" - Alan Hirvela
* "Two heads are better than one" - Alan Hirvela
To me, this quote is saying that two brains are better than one. I believe this quote means that when you have two people working together, you have twice as much knowledge, therefore it is better than someone working alone. I believe this quote could also mean that having two points of view is better than just having one point of view. It could also mean that having two opinions is better than just one opinion. Overall, two heads, two brains, or two people are better than one.

* Was it helpful? What did you like/hate most about it? What was the most useful comment you got? What are you going to change?
Today the peer review was a little bit helpful. What I liked most about it was that I got to ask you questions about my paper. What I hated most about it was that neither of my partners were here to give me any of their advice or help me with my paper. The most useful comment I got was probably regarding the criteria part of my paper. It made me realize that it sounds like I am still summarizing in my criteria paragraph so I need to channge it and make is more specific. A few of the things I am going to change in my paper include how much I use the movie title, the word "I" and little things here and there that need to be fixed to improve my paper.

*What did you like/hate the most about it? What was the most useful thing you learned? What was the hardest thing to do in the paper?
The thing that I hated the most about this paper was doing all of the research. This was a long process that consisted of searching for scholarly articles and reading through all of them and then choosing which information what the most important. I thought this process was long and a little bit hard. However, the part I liked the most about it was all of the new things that I learned from doing all of the research. Although I already knew a bit about the topic I know have a greater understanding for it.
The most useful thing that I learned would probaby be how to use the library's website. Also, learning how the writing center works was also very useful to learn and experience. From doing this paper I also learned many new things about citing APA style; this will be very useful.
The hardest thing to do in the paper was probably all of the citing that it required. This paper had a lot of citations, paraphrasing and summarizing, so there was a lot of citing. Also, I felt like the references page was a bit hard to get right and to make perfect. I think the hardest thing about this paper was trying not to plagarize because of all of the citing that needed to be done.

The saying, "Be ashamed to die until you have won a victory for humanity"- Horace Mann
* Be ashamed to die until you have won a victory for humanity"- Harace Mann
To me, this quote means basically what it says. It is saying that you should be ashamed to die if you have not yet had the chance to do something good for humanity. Another way of thinking about what this quote is saying the you should be ashamed if you have not done something good for humanity throughout your life and because having died without doing so is shameful. I believe this quote is advising people to go out and do some good. Doing good makes people feel great about themselves and having not contibuted to humanity can make you feel ashamed. Another way of wording this message is that you should feel ashamed of yourself until you do good for humanity. I think it is saying that you should not be satisfied with the life you are living until you "win a victory for humanity".

Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday-Dale Carnegie
* Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday-Dale Carnegie
I believe this quote is trying to tell people not to worry about tomorrow, but only to worry about today. I think Dale Carnegie is saying live your life one day at a time. You cannot perfectly plan ahead your life; things will happen that you do not expect to happen. You will not be prepared for everything that you are faced with in life.
I also believe this quote is trying to tell people not to try to plan every detail of their life, but to just let life take its course. It is also saying, do not spend your life worrying about what will and will not happen; you cannot worry about everything.
Lastly, I believe this quote is saying that you should live your life one day at a time and only worry about today, because we do not know that there will be a tomorrow.
